THE 4TH OF JULY SOUNDS JAZZ CLUB HOSTS A GREAT QUARTET LEADED BY THE AMERICAN SAXOPHONE PLAYER
The collaboration between Chris Cheek and Pierre Perchaud started with Pierre´s record "Waterfalls" in 2012, Pierre decided to record a drum less trio with his pal bass player Nico Moreaux.
In 2014, Pierre and Nico recorded with drummer Jorge Rossy a trio record under the name Fox.
Jorge and Chris were old time collaborators and friends, so very naturally this leaded to a quartet record "Pelican Bues" in 2016 under the name of Fox + Chris Cheek.

This summer the quartet is back on road, Chris, Pierre and Nico with drummer Antoine Paganotti subbing for Jorge.
